She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ledwik and Josephine Warzecha Ledwik. She is survived by: her significant other Leon Srubar; her children, Ramona Sample (Layton), Christi Kalinowski (Mark), Monica Sauer (John), James Srubar (Julie) and Dennis Srubar; her grandchildren, Erin McCray (James), Cole Sample (Gina), Maegan Pakebusch, Justin Kalinowski, Lindsay, Audrey Sauer, Luke and Caroline Srubar; and her great grandchildren, Sydney, Dayton McCray, Emersyn, Levi, Stetson Sample and Olivia Larimore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of South Texas, Holy Cross Cemetery or St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
