He is survived by: his caregiver April Johnson of West; his daughters, Ruth Manax Miller (Jeff) of Phoenix, AZ and Dr. Victoria Manax Rutson (David) of Dallas; his grandchildren, Sarah Miller and Alexander Rutson; his siblings, Dr. Stan Manax and Helen Vickers; and his friends, Denice and Kubacak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many other relatives.
