She was predeceased by: her father Benedict Matusek; and her nephew Shane Matusek. She is survived by: her mother Albina Matusek (Kral) of West; her daughter Lori Thompson (David) of Hurdle Mills, NC; her grandchildren, Levi and Madeline Thompson; and her sister Judy Seehar of West. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in the hopes of finding a cure for the horrific disease.
