Rosemary Srubar Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rosemary Srubar (West, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Rosemary may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hromadka and Marie Hromadka (Klimek); her husband Roman F. Srubar; her son David Srubar; and her brother William "Bill" Hromadka.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Groholski (Dennis) of Bremond and Pat Srubar (Vicki) of Elm Mott; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Rose Hromadka of West. She is also survived by many God children, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel (808 S Reagan St, West, TX 76691). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (301 S Harrison St, West, TX 76691).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Cemetery Association.
