He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Minnie Maye Pitzer Kerr and Victor Louis Kerr; his wife Rowena; his children, Robert Kerr, Rex Kerr and Rhonda Oliver; his son-in-law Jeff Oliver; his grandchildren, Bobby Oliver, Jimmy Oliver, Nina Weaver and Clint Oliver; his grandchildren-in-law, John Weaver, John Mark Day, Sheena Oliver and Amanda Oliver; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Elizabeth, Andie of Braeden, JJ, Charlie of Jackson, RJ and Cora.
Richard would want donations made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in lieu of flowers.
