She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Kocian and Mary Kocian (Hennig). She is survived by: her husband Jerry Karlik of West; her children, Melissa Washington (Jim) of Ross, Karen Ann Karlik of China Spring and Billy Karlik of West; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Ryan Fleming Jr. and Basiley Nichole Blanco; and her sister Cheryl Janek (Benny) of Penelope. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the West Volunteer Ambulance Association.
