She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kutach and Annie Kutach (Muehlstein); her former husband Eugene Sulak; her spouse Jerry Gerik Sr.; her sisters, Marie Lillie Kolar and Agnes Ann Webb; and her grandson Aaron Janek.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Schroeder (Larry) of Granbury, Jeanette Janek (Ronald) of Italy, Dale Sulak (Martha) of Red Oak, Tommy Sulak (Rita) of Ennis, Denise Hall (Alan) of Granbury and Dianna Gerik (Edwin Jr.) of Waxahachie. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Limited capacity, facial masks, and social distancing are encouraged at all services.
