She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bezdek and Frances Bezdek (Kallus); her spouse Eddie Kubala; her children, Mary Jo Lawson and John Kubala; her sons-in-law, Jerry Matus and Tommy Tipton; and her siblings, Harry Bezdek, John Bezdek, Jim Bezdek, Mary Bezdek, Wilma Bezdek, Alice Marie Bezdek, Bessie Lichnovsky, Helen Gresham and Rose Bezdek.
She is survived by: her children, George Kubala (Shirley) of West, James Kubala (Karla) of Leory, Fran Matus of Waco, Joan Tipton of Austin, Edward Kubala (Helen) of Abbott, Mark Kubala (Edith) of West and Jo Polansky (Bill) of West; her sister Lillian Urbanovsky; and her grandchildren, Dawn Lawson, Dwan Carr (Ben), D'Lana Albright (Steve), Jonathan Kubala (Lindsey), Melissa Ivey, Kayla Maynard (J. D.), Joseph Matus (Debra), Tammy Richard, Karen Tipton, Scott Kubala (Rachel), Caleb Kubala, Colby Kubala (Erin), Amanda Rigney (Brandon), Wendy Sustala (Craig), Emily Polansky and Billy Polansky. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
