She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Marek and Annie Marek (Koval); her son Ronnie Joe Matus; her siblings, Eugene Hromadka, Elsie Perez and Josephine Marek; her grandson Colby Hutyra; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Matus, Logan Kaluza, Patrick Kucera and Mavery Jo Grones.
She is survived by: her husband Herman Matus of West; her children, Janice Kaluza (Freddie) of West, Susan Kucera (David) of Mount Calm, Kenneth Matus of West, Patricia Holy (Richard) of West, Michelle Hutyra (Johnny Ray) of West and Michael Matus (Stephanie) of West; her daughter-in-law Carol Matus of West; her grandchildren, R. Matus, Amanda Roznos, Brian Matus, Adam Matus, Shawn Kaluza (Veronica), Justin Kaluza (Kerri), Brandon Kaluza (Jennifer), Jacob Kaluza (Amanda), Nathan Kaluza (Leann), Phillip Kucera, Joshua Kucera (B.
