He was predeceased by: his parents, William Riley and Willie Grace Woodard (Palmer); his wife Ursula Woodard; and his sister Barbara Norris. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Woodard Reynolds and Karen Woodard; and his granddaughter Sheri Reynolds.
