He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Perez and Guadalupe Perez (Zaldivar); his daughter Lily Perez; and his siblings, Herminia, Elvira, Socorro and Eulogio Perez.
He is survived by: his wife Celia Perez Chavez of West; his children, David Perez (Gracia), Elvia Perez (Avelino Villa), Enrique Perez (Anamaria Castaneda), Nena Perez (Gerardo Valles), Ubaldo Perez (Yovanna) and Olivia Perez (Humberto Sanchez); and his siblings, Cecilio, Eva, Guadalupe, Maximiliano, Cira and Humberto Perez. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel (808 S Reagan St, West, TX 76691). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (303 S Harrison St, West, TX 76691).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Cemetery Association.
