He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Kucera, Sr.; and his grandparents, Arnold, Irene Kotrla (Matustik), Emil and Josephine Kucera (Grellhesl).
He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Kucera (Kotrla) of West; and his siblings, Monica Ferguson (Dan) of Waco, Paul Kucera (Loretta) of West, Steven Kucera (Stephanie) of West and Angela Thompson (Tony). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
