She was predeceased by: her husband J. D. Morris; her parents, SJ Curry and Nolia Brasier; her stepfather Dewey Brasier; her daughter Darla Marie Morris (Racheal) of Buffalo; and her siblings, Helen Park, Mildred West, Glenda West, Charlie Curry and James Dale Brasier.
She is survived by: her sons, Eddie Dean Morris (Rose Ann) of West, Travis Gene Morris (Tina) of Palestine, Donald Ray Morris (Lynn) of Magnolia and Charles Timothy Morris of Buffalo; her sisters, Linda Park of Waco and Mary "Max" Falteisek of Kerrville; and her sisters-in-law, Mickey Park of Waco and Marlene Brasier of Corsicana. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; thirty-five great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family and special friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Buffalo Funeral Home (249 Humphreys Rd, Buffalo, TX 75831). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Calvary Christian Center (10856 S US Hwy 79, Oakwood, TX 75855). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sardis Cemetery (14737 FM 1512, Jewett, TX 75846).
