He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Benancio, Emma Leal, Nell Ramirez and Harry Brewer; his parents, Patsy Thomas (Prather) and Benancio Leal Jr.; and his sister Amanda Leal.
He is survived by: his significant other Stacie Leal; his children, Cody Leal and Kristina Leal; his siblings, Brenda Conaway (Dale), JB Leal (Prov) and Samantha Leal; his mother-in-law Marie Swinscoe; his stepmother Sheila Leal; his nieces, Jessica Johnston (James) and Tristan Harding; and his nephew Greg Swinscoe (Tara). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors (201 N Bosque St, Whitney, TX 76692). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM and at 11:00 PM at the Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel (201 N Bosque St, Whitney, TX 76692). A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Prairie Valley Cemetery.
