It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Chudej (West, Texas), born in Taylor, Texas, who passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marcon and Louise Marcon (Jaska); her husband Edwin Chudej; her sons, Eddie Chudej and Richard Chudej; her great grandchild Turner Uptmor; and her brothers, John Marcon and Louis Marcon.
She is survived by: her daughter Evelyn Karcher (David); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Brian Matus, Meredith Karcher, Christopher, Denicia Karcher, Kim, Adrian Wernet, Scott Chudej, Dr. Eric and Kristi Chudej; and her great grandchildren, Tanner, Tate, Emerson, Lauren, Madison, Miles, Clay, Chloe and Kyle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Cemetery Association or St. Anne's Altar Society.
