He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Pavelka and Vlasta Pavelka (Adamek); his son Eldon Pavelka Jr.; and his siblings, Charlie Pavelka, Edwin Pavelka, Robert Pavelka and Willie Mae Veselka.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothea Pavelka of West; his son Mark Pavelka (Lisa) of West; his daughter-in-law Marlene Pavelka of Round Rock; his grandchildren, Amber Pavelka, Crystal Pavelka, Eldon Pavelka III (Chrystina) and Brooks Pavelka; and his great grandchild Eldon Lee Pavelka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
