She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Klaus and Margaret Klaus (Smajstrla); her husband Norman Sulak; her brother Eddie; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Klaus.
She is survived by: her children, David Sulak of West, Michael Sulak of West and Denise Sulak of West; her grandchildren, Sharla Salazar (Abel), Tanner Sulak, Morgan Gatewood (Robert), Cody Castro, Rebecca Reynolds and Brittany Crundwell (Lex); her great grandchildren, Gabbie Salazar, Gracie Salazar, Lucca Castro, Kynlee Dilks and Mason Crundwell; and her sisters, Willie Mae Rydel and Cindi Sulak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
