He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Urbanovsky and Evelyn Urbanovsky (Snokhous). He is survived by: his wife Mitzi Urbanovsky of West; his son Ryan Urbanovsky of Dallas; his sister Cynthia Zahirniak (Robert) of West; his sister-in-law Myrna Jezek (George) of Waco; his nieces and nephews, Paige Guerra (Frank), Keith Jezek (Maribeth), Heath Hannes (Danielle), Heidi Sepulveda (Chris) and Holly Hannes; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Josh, Christian, Jack, Walker, Weston, Audrey, Evan, Taylor, Cadan, Sadonia, James, Joseph and Evelyn. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Limited capacity, facial masks, and social distancing are required at all services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the History of West Museum.
