We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Cole Hagen Simmons (West, Texas), born in Hillsboro, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Chris Simmons (Samantha) of Clifton and Christa Simmons (Mozley); his sisters, Claire and Baylie of West; his stepsisters, Lacey and Haley Duncan; his grandparents, Michael and Marilyn Mozley; his great-grandparent Joyce Miller; and his aunts and uncles, Robin (Chris Harwell), Stephanie (Jason Soule), Clayton (Jamie Simmons) and Roy Mozley. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a Scholarship Fund for his sister Claire, a Scholarship Fund for a West High School graduate who wants to be a Firefighter/EMT/Paramedic or to a fund for the family to help with final expenses (see the "Tribute Fund" tab or "Donate Now" button above obituary, or mail to P.O.
