She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Popnoe; her parents, Milton Willis Cosper and Edna Martha Anderegg Cosper (Wayne William Popnoe); her son Michael Wayne Popnoe; her brother Kenneth Cosper; her brother-in-law Donald J. Harris; and also, James and Clara Popnoe.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Brown (Wesley); her grandchildren, Darby Brown (Rissa), Robert Brown (Micaela), William Brown (Alyssa) and Rebekah McLarty (Collin); her son Jimmy Popnoe (Teresa); her grandchildren, Miranda Houser (Rob) and Haden Popnoe (Mackenzie); and her great grandchildren, Harper, Holden Houser, Grayson, Callen, Silas Popnoe, Rylee (Hunter Allemand), Caleb, Jude, Catherine Brown, Roland, Addison, Maeve Brown, Jocelyn, Saige, Lincoln Brown, Isla-Rose and Maisie McLarty. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
