He was predeceased by: his parents, Bester "Buck" and Lilly Gillmore (McDonald); his former spouse Davie Joy Shields; his son Robert Gillmore; and his sister Lavern.
He is survived by: his wife Molly Gillmore (Hannes) of West; his children, Paula Williams (Malcolm) of Tyler and Steven Gillmore of Frisco; and his stepchildren, Gary Heine of Waco, Bobby Heine of Austin and Peggy Hall (Greg) of West. He is also survived by 3 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; 1 step granddaughter; nine great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Limited capacity, facial masks, and social distancing are encouraged at all services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the West Church of Christ.
