It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Thompson of West, Texas, born in Hubbard, Texas, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Avirett and Lenna Grace Avirett; her husband Walter Thompson; her siblings, Fay Avirett White and Charles Avirett; and her stepson Jimmy Thompson.
She is survived by: her son Douglas Thompson; her stepdaughter An Thompson; and her grandchildren, Will Thompson (Kristina) and Tiffany Thompson Bolton. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
