He was predeceased by: his parents, John Polansky and Mary Polansky (Ruzicka); his wife Frances Nors; his children, Leo Polansky and Lucille Polansky; his brothers, Frank and John Polansky; his children-in-law, Rudolph Matus Jr. and Shirley Polansky; his grandson Brian Polansky; and his great grandchildren, Sarah Suttle and Matthew Colbert.
He is survived by: his children, Helen Matus of West, Jerome Polansky (Emily) of West, Anton Polansky (Beverly) of West, Henry Polansky of West, Charles Polansky (Theresa) of West, Freddie Polansky (Debbie) of West and Cathy Horton (Garry) of West; his grandchildren, Patrick Matus (Vickie), Theresa Suttle (Jerry), Cecilia Colbert (Calvin), Paul Polansky, Luke Polansky, Michelle Sing, Sherry Janner (Matt), Mark Polansky (Landrah), Shelly Gillaspie (C. J.), Eric Polansky (Kelli), Brandon Polansky, Brooke Salinas (Saul), Jacob Polansky (Allie), Colton Polansky, Zachary Horton (Laken), Ethan Horton (Randi) and Maci Horton (Chance Chaney); and his great grandchildren, David, Kyle, Madeleine, Sophia, Lexie (Jake), Haley, Troy, Braden, Avery, Alexis, Jake, Skyler, Jadyn, McKinlee, Caisen, Braxton, Meghan, Arden, Harper, Ethan, Anslee, Douglas and Lola. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's School Endowment Fund or St. Mary's Cemetery Association.
