It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Carter Higley of West University Place, Texas, who passed away on October 29, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. L. C. Carter and Laura Lee Hampshire Carter (Phillips); her husband Bob Higley; her sons, Garrett C. Higley of Austin, Robert "Carter" Higley (Jamil) of Jackson and Wyo; and her grandchildren, Selah, Grace, Bea Bea and River Higley.
