He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Reiss and Annie Reiss (Eleanor Reiss); and his sisters, Marie Ivey (Ross) and Lillian. He is survived by: his children, Michael Reiss (Cheryl) of La Porte and Connie Petty (Warren) of West Point; his grandchildren, Jason Petty, Eric Petty, Lauren Pyle, Courtney Morris, Jayme Reiss and Steven Reiss; and his great grandchildren, Ella Petty, Fox Petty, Zachary Pyle, Caden Morris, Beckham Petty, Zoe Pyle and Addlynn Morris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
