He is survived by: his wife Angie Cummings; his sister Mizell; his daughters, Theresa Garrett (Bobby), Lisa Fragale (Tom) and Connie McAda (Bernie); his grandchildren, Matthew Montgomery, Cortney McAda, Cody McAda, Veronica Montgomery, Haley Grimes (David), Chelsie Bruemmer (Sean), Colton McAda, Kyler Alderman and Gage Alderman (Erika); and his great grandchildren, Landon, Cayden, Radly, Gatlin, Alana, Gunner, Davina, Caroline, Savannah, Sophia, Peyton, Parker, Jett and Mila. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
