He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sophia; his daughter Jeanna Lucile Foreman (Steven) of West Columbia; his sister Jackie Walker (Scott) of Sweeny; his granddaughters, Amber Foreman of Houston, Kayla Galbreath, Kyndall Stark and Nicole Small of West Columbia; his great grandchildren, Natalie Hernandez of Houston, Jackie Shotts and Judd Stark of West Columbia; and his caregiver Christina Gomez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
