With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Virgie Lee Fomby of West Columbia, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Barrett and Albertha Jackson-Barrett; her husbands, Aurthur Bullard and Emeal Fomby; her daughters, Joyce Marie Bullard and Jessie Faye Mack; her son-in-law Vernon Mack; and her grandson Justin Jamal Mack.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Doris Bullard, Thelma Lee Bullard-Jackson, Erma Jeannette Bullard, Danny Maurice Fomby, Jacqueline Barrett and CaCina Len Barrett. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dixon Funeral Home (1211 S Brooks St, Brazoria, TX 77422). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul A. M. E. Church (32460 Farm to Market Rd 1301, West Columbia, TX 77486).
