She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Spearow and Jerry Spearow; her daughters-in-law, Debbie Spearow and Donna Spearow; her grandchildren, Holly, James Simonsen, Sara, Dan Payne, April Vera, Sandra Vera, Jason, Amanda Spearow and Clint Spearow; and her great grandchildren, Audrey Simonsen, Elsa Payne, Daniel Payne, Evan Spearow and Everly Spearow.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations may be made in Pat's name to the Alzheimers Association.
