She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Carl and Rose Carl; her husband Wallace Winstead; her son Clay; and her brothers, James, Clifton, Frederick and Michael Carl.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Register, Carl Winstead, Mara Saltsman, Alan Winstead and Gale Froberg; her grandchildren, Evan Register, Samantha Burt, Grant Register and Camberon Kimball; and her sisters, Sharon McEntee, Lynn Lang and Marie McCorkle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
