He is survived by: his children, Brandon Baxter (Heather) of Lake Jackson, TX, Kimberly Grinnell (Reagan) of Leander, TX and Jacob Baxter of West Columbia, TX; his grandchildren, Layla Michelle and Case Samuel Baxter; his brothers, Mark Baxter (Audrey) of Longview, TX, Matt Baxter (Estella) of Abilene, TX and Clyde Baxter (Heather) of Minneapolis, MN.; and his former wife Dina Venegas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
