He is survived by: his wife Sandra McClain; his children, Philip Jr. (Rachel), Melanie McClain and Jimmy Jeffus; his grandchildren, Shelby McClain (Josh Hudson), Brooke Cope (Josh), Jordyn McClain, Trey McClain and Preston McClain; his great grandchildren, Kimber and Reef Cope; his siblings, JoAnn McClain, Sandy Frew, Pete McClain and Dwayne Willis; and his significant other Doctor Snuggles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and countless very close friends.
