He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester McKithan and Eunie McKithan; his brother Chester "Boog" McKithan; his granddaughter Hope Faye McKithan-Vaughan; and his stepson Christopher Chambless.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah McKithan Coleman and Rusti Kay Chambers; his stepdaughters, Samantha Coleman and Kimberly Chambless; and his siblings, Lea Kutz, Gail McKithan, Mitzi Smith and Hunter McKithan. He is also survived by other relatives and good friends.
