He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Williams and Maggie Williams; his wife Dolores Williams; his daughters, Mary Reichert and Sandy Stapp; his siblings, Doris Foley, Edith Brown, Earline Brown and Walter Williams; and his grandsons, Marcus Stapp and Ronald Reichert.
He is survived by: his sister Hazel "Vonn" Brown of Huntsville, TX; his son Harold E. Williams, Jr. (Ronnah) of Clute; and his stepchildren, Rev. Timothy R. Kelley (Dana) of Oakdale, LA, Angela K. Contreras (Noel) of Humble, TX and Kellie A. Bowman (Grant) of Crowley, TX. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
