He is survived by: his pet Garfield; his sister Lucille Garcia (Larry); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Garcia, Carolyn Myles (Kenneth), Serina Dee Soto, Joseph Garcia, Larry Garcia, Jr. (Monica) and Adam Soto (Amanda); his stepdaughters, Cindy Morris and Tina Stidham; and his grandson Phillip Morris. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
