Stewart of Texas City, Delores Ford of Texas City and John Henry Diggs; her siblings-in-law, Frank Tolbert (Ernestine) of Sweeny, Phillip Tolbert of Sweeny, Phyllis Simmons of Brazoria, Herma Tolbert of Brazoria, Eula Diggs of Brazoria, Toni Tolbert, Van Vleck and Marie Diggs; and her close friend Tenola Franklin. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
