She is survived by: her children, Harold Tolbert, Jr. (Rhonda), Ella L. King, Shirley F. Tolbert, Richwood, Verna J. Tolbert, Sandra Tolbert Brown, Reba K. Flannel (Marvin, Sr.) and Lorrie A. Tolbert; her siblings, Bessie M. Stewart of Texas City, Delores Ford of Texas City and John Henry Diggs; her siblings-in-law, Frank Tolbert (Ernestine) of Sweeny, Phillip Tolbert of Sweeny, Phyllis Simmons of Brazoria, Herma Tolbert of Brazoria, Eula Diggs of Brazoria, Toni Tolbert, Van Vleck and Marie Diggs; and her close friend Tenola Franklin. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dixon Funeral Home (1211 S Brooks St, Brazoria, TX 77422). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Blue Run Baptist Church (215 N 16th St, West Columbia, TX 77486).
