She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Higgins (John) of West Columbia, Diana Jack (Silton) of Missouri City, Sherice Simko (Cody) of Findlay, OH., Robert Williams, Jr of Houston, Bobby Williams (Luce) of Huntsville, Donald Ray Tolbert (Sharon) of Brazoria, Anthony Moreno of Houston and Quincy Lemon of Beaumont; and her siblings, Phyllis Simmons of Sweeny, Phillip Tolbert of Bay City and Frank Tolbert, Jr. of Sweeny. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
