She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Flisowski and Pearl Kubeczka Flisowski; her husband James Davis Matejka; and her siblings, Sophie Prihoda, Martha Gutowsky, Rosie Wleczyk, Helen Mutina, Hattie Pekar, Nancy Dvorak and Edmond Flisowski.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Matejka (Nancy) of Brenham and Trisha Wleczyk (Michael) of West Columbia; her grandchildren, Lisa Cantrell (Jeff) of Dripping Springs, Jacie Blumberg of Angleton, Colin Matejka of Austin and Sara Wleczyk of West Columbia; and her great grandchildren, Coy, Kami, Kimber, Kasyn, Joseph and Katie.
