Patrick Hlavaty (Cathy Thompson) and Gerri Green; his grandsons, Lance Green (Denise) and Sage Hlavaty (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Taylor Green and Summer Hlavaty; his siblings, Lucy Hodges (Tom), Del Shrum, Andrew Hlavaty (Jean), Martin Hlavaty (Leigh) and Danny Hlavaty; and his extended family Bo Land (Cindy). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews.
