He was predeceased by: his children-in-law, Sonia Locke and David Chartier. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Locke; his children, David Locke (Valerie), Lisa Locke (Douglas McCutcheon) and Stephen Locke (Christine Brown); his sister Patricia Allen; his stepdaughters, Terri Sailors (Phil Gurvitz) and Mary Frances "Sissy" Sailors (Harry "Red" Conger); and his grandchildren, Tyler Locke, Marissa Locke, Ryan Locke, Mallory Sampson, Austin Locke and Amanda Locke.
