He is survived by: his sisters, Conception Beltran and Maria; and his children, Matilde Vargas (Robert), Rodrigo Beltran (Imelda), Virgilio Beltran Jr. (Cecilia), Belinda Guerrero (Fabian), Mary Lou Cantu (Eddie), Catarina Vela (Mario), Jose Garcia (Carolyn), Helen, Rosie Rivera (Robert), Sylvia, Javier Garcia (Emma Rodriguez), Jeannie and George Garcia (Lina). He is also survived by his 28 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren.
