He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his children, Bobby Pemelton (Becky) of San Antonio, Beth Pemelton (Lee Grawunder) of Bastrop and Billy Pemelton (Mary) of Weslaco; his grandchildren, Allison Pemelton, Ashley Pemelton, Hannah Rodriguez, Holley Rodriguez, Joshua Pemelton (Viri), Eric Pemelton (Ashley) and William Pemelton (Priscilla); his great grandchildren, Arielle Pemelton, Kylie Pemelton, Ian Pemelton and Presley Schuren; and his siblings, Shirley Costen and Ronald Dean Betts.
