She is survived by: her husband Jose Luis Chavez Sr.; her children, Velma Lopez and Jose Luis Chavez Jr. (Denise Adame); her granddaughter Leola Mireya Chavez; her great grandchildren, Ayven Andrew and Ayden Anthony Lopez; and her siblings, Joe Bazan (Maria) of Weslaco, Antonio Bazan (Josie) of Donna, Santos Bazan (Juana) of Weslaco, Carlos Bazan (Elida) of Weslaco, Manuel Bazan (Letty) of Dallas, Martin Bazan (Ofie) of Weslaco and Carmen Balderas (Juan) of Dallas. She is also survived by her Husband, children and grandchildren.
