He is survived by: his mother Diana Lopez of Mission, TX; his wife Ronica Ysaguirre of Weslaco, TX; his children, Joe Balderas, Jr. of Weslaco, TX, Juan Balderas of Weslaco, TX, Richard Ysaguirre, Jr. of Weslaco, TX and Anita Lynn Ysaguirre of Weslaco, TX; and his siblings, Roberto Ysaguirre, III (Erica) of Edinburg, TX, Benjamin Eddie Ysaguirre (Marisela) of Mission, TX and Ashlee Monique Gonzalez (Jesse) of Mission, TX.. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
