He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Macke and Anna Macke; and his siblings, Bob, Donald, Jim, Tommy Macke, Pat Koranda, Rosemarie Johnson and Annalee Verk.
He is survived by: his close friend Gloria Macke; his daughters, Paula Morgan and Janet Macke of Weslaco; and his grandchildren, Richard Morgan (Morgan), Christopher Nutting, Tiffany Kott and Casandra McGuigan (Thomas). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
