He is survived by: his wife Rosa Torres of Weslaco, TX; his children, Pantaleon Torres III (Emma) of Weslaco, TX, Cynthia Torres of San Juan, TX, Sila Barbosa (Roy) of Weslaco, TX and Jessica Lopez (Jonathan) of Weslaco, TX; and his sister Belia Valdez of Weslaco, TX.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren.
