He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Mearl and Lily May Chubick; his former wife Phyllis Marie Ridnour of Nodaway; his siblings, Harvey, Della, Clara, Lois, Lola, Ethel, Wilma and Pearl; and his stepson Todd Gould.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Joy Gould; his daughters, Jennifer Harm (Craig) of Tucson and Julie Williams (Charles) of Fontanelle; his stepsons, Scott Gould and Darrin Gould of Omaha; his grandchildren, Paige Clayton (Bud), Ryan Willaims (Hailey), Steven Harm (Helen), Matthew Harm (Sydney), Stephanie Daake (Matt), Stacie Matchan (Ben), Jordan Eckersley (Megan), Christopher Gould, Brian Gould, Joshua Gould and Hunter Dylan Gould; and his great grandchildren, Leah Clayton, Ava Clayton, Sophia Harm, Alexandra Harm, Mason Daake, Logan Daake, Carter Eckersley, Cole Eckersley, Brooklyn Eckersley and Nova Matchen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
