She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wenceslao Garcia and Cruz Bazaldua; her husband Ruben B. Garza; her sister Mary-Anna Anguiano; her grandchildren, Clarissa Magana, Esmelinda Magana, Joel Magana and Frank Ybarra Jr.; her son Ruben Garza Jr.; and her brothers, Wenceslao Garcia Jr. and Silvestre Garcia. She was also cherished by her six Great-Grandchildren.
