She is survived by: her spouse Dale Dwayne Smith; her children, Garie Smith (Hannelore), Kim Smith (Raelissa) and Terryl Smith; her grandchildren, Michael Smith (Teresa), Patrick Smith (Patrice), Shane Smith (Lisa) and Sean Smith; and her great grandchildren, Samantha Smith, Gabby Smith, Katelyn Smith and Tenisha Smith.
