She is survived by: her cousin Sylvia; her husband Marvin Mire; her sons, Matt Mire (Liza), Mitch Mire and Marty Mire; her grandchildren, Faith Anne Mire, Gregory Mire (Emma), Morgan Mire (Valeria) and Noah Mire; her great grandchild Josef Theodore Mire; and her sisters, Christina, Edwina, Camila, Marie and Ana.
Theresa advocated for the American Cancer Society for the rest of her life.
